About the Role Morris & Dickson is seeking a motivated and experienced Distribution Center Associate Supervisor for its new state-of-the-art Distribution Center in Olive Branch, Mississippi. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring the safe and accurate flow of products across our facility. You'll manage and coach team leads and associates while maintaining compliance, quality standards, and productivity goals. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll not only direct the work but also jump in as needed to keep operations running smoothly. Lead, train, and develop associates and team leads to achieve performance goals. Monitor production and quality control metrics; identify issues and implement solutions. Organize workflows, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate inventory management. Enforce safety and compliance standards throughout the shift. Drive continuous improvement to optimize workflow and increase efficiency. What Success Looks Like Your team consistently meets or exceeds productivity and accuracy goals. Inventory is replenished correctly, with minimal discrepancies. Employees are engaged, motivated, and clearly understand expectations. Safety standards are followed daily, resulting in zero incidents. Communication flows smoothly between associates, team leads, and management. Workflow improvements are identified and implemented to boost efficiency. You're seen as a reliable, approachable leader who drives both performance and teamwork. What You'll Need to Succeed Be a qualified Designated Representative with the State Boards of Pharmacy in California and Florida. High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of warehouse supervision experience. Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management systems. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills. Effective communicator, able to present and explain information clearly. Decisive and proactive in resolving challenges. Preferred Qualifications Some college coursework or a degree preferred. Forklift and turret truck/stock picker experience. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable being on your feet 90% of the shift (walking, standing, bending, lifting). Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, or holidays if required.
