Reporting directly to the General Manager , this position is responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, cleaned, maintained, and stored properly while coordinating efficient loading, unloading, and delivery operations. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining high service standards and supporting the successful execution of events throughout the Flathead Valley and surrounding areas. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, processing, cleaning, staging, storage, and inventory control. Ensure all rental equipment is cleaned, inspected, and prepared according to company quality standards. Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Monitor inventory levels and communicate inventory needs, shortages, damages, or losses to management. Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Input inventory data into rental software and maintain accurate records. Delivery & Logistics Supervise warehouse and delivery staff to ensure efficient and accurate execution of delivery schedules. Coordinate truck loading and unloading to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and equipment protection. Verify that all deliveries and pickups are staged correctly and completed on schedule. Ensure vehicles, equipment, and loading areas are maintained in a safe and professional condition. Ensure that rental software is updated for pulling, staging and loading. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow. Provide daily direction, training, coaching, and support to warehouse and delivery personnel. Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback. Assist with onboarding and training of new team members. Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on safety, accountability, and customer service. Work closely with the General Manager to address staffing, scheduling, and operational needs. Safety & Compliance Enforce company safety policies and operational procedures. Ensure proper handling and storage of rental inventory and equipment. Maintain compliance with applicable workplace safety standards. Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs. Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, inventory management, or related operations preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment preferred. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required. Ability to lift and move rental equipment and supplies as needed. Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic computer applications is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in warehouse environments for extended periods. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
