The role of the Shipping and Receiving Lead is to oversee shipping and receiving operations.

Manages and controls the physical condition of the warehouse and delivery equipment, facilities, grounds, etc. Move inventory and materials across facilities. Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and deliver to proper location on Resort property. Research inventory discrepancies utilizing shipping documents. Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and productivity. Work in conjunction with resort departments to prioritize warehouse tasks and share resources. Ensure that all products are properly received and put away in their proper location for inventory management and order fulfillment. Ensure On Property Requisition Center inventory is received, organized, and accounted for. Fulfillment of On Property Requisition Center orders. Complete town run when needed. Operate heavy machinery like forklifts to move or store inventory. Operate trailer by loading, unloading, and striping a load down. Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure information is delivered efficiently. Maintain up-to-date awareness of Resort information and amenities. Keep the Purchasing Manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance coming to his/her attention so that prompt and corrective action can be taken when appropriate. Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight of Warehouse team members; actively promote, train, coach, and recognize performance. Complete all Warehouse projects as assigned. Communicate and maintain timelines and priorities. Maintain flexible hours to accommodate guest and special event needs, due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry; Position requires full availability including evenings, weekends, holidays or as needed.

Looking for Team Members with:
