This role is responsible for accurately picking, building, and loading orders in a high-volume warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Pick and build orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems Load and stage products for delivery Class A CDL (Preferred) Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, rider jacks, pallet jacks) Follow all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Maintain a clean, organized warehouse Work as part of a team to meet nightly production goals Assist with occasional customer loading as needed Physical Requirements Lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly Handle high-volume workloads (up to - 1,750 cases per shift during pear) Stand and move for 8+ hours on concrete floors Perform continuous physical labor in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work independently and within a team Willingness to learn warehouse equipment and systems Basic experience using smartphones or mobile apps

Preferred:
