Full Job Description Schedule :

1:30 PM - 10:15 PM Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Site Coordinator to oversee daily operations at site, ensuring workflow is running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role is vital in coordinating teams, managing compliance standards, and maintaining a safe working environment. As a Site Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for site activities, and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes. Your energetic approach and meticulous attention to detail will drive safety excellence and operational success on site.

Duties:

Supervise daily warehouse activities and support all Select HR Services associates onsite. Assist associates with clocking in/out to maintain accurate time records. Monitor attendance, tardiness, and call-offs; conduct daily headcounts to verify shift coverage Ensure employees follow safety guidelines, warehouse procedures, and OSHA regulations Address associate questions, concerns, and minor disciplinary matters. Communicate staffing needs and operational issues to internal management. Submit daily attendance and payroll reports. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and improve productivity Maintain professional client relations while representing Select HR Services onsite

Experience & Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management Strong communication and leadership skills; previous warehouse or staffing industry experience preferred. Familiarity with basic computer skills, including Excel, email, and timekeeping systems. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Solid knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Pay:

$21.00 per hour
