Employbridge is in search of a Warehouse Lead!
Location:
South Charlotte (Will be relocating to Noda area)
Schedule:
Mon
  • Fri Shift:
    9:30am
  • 6pm
Pay:
$20/hr, temp to hire role Reports to:
Warehouse Manager Position:
The Warehouse Lead is a hands-on working lead responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations in a small, event supply facility. This role supports order picking, packaging, inventory movement, and outbound shipments
  • while also guiding a small team, maintaining workflow, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
The Lead will use Apple devices to manage orders and ensure iPads and event materials are prepared and shipped correctly. #charlotte-ht
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Workflow Coordination
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure orders are completed on time Hands-On Order Picking
  • Pick, pack, and prepare event supply orders using Apple products for order details Team Leadership
  • Keep a small team on task, provide direction, and support productivity Time & Attendance Tracking
  • Monitor lunches, breaks, and daily hours; communicate discrepancies Inventory Support
  • Assist with restocking, inventory counts, and maintain organized storage areas Communication
  • Coordinate with management on order status, staffing needs, and workflow issues
Qualifications:
1-3 years warehouse experience, including picking/packing Prior experience in lead role Comfortable using Apple products for order processing Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and maintain pace in a small-team environment Reliable, punctual, and able to hold others accountable professionally
