We are currently looking for a Shipping Lead to support day-to-day shipping operations at our Concord facility. This role will help coordinate shipping activities, support the team on the floor, and ensure orders are prepared and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on leadership role within our shipping department. Responsibilities Lead and support daily shipping activities on the floor Coordinate order picking, packing, labeling, and shipment preparation Ensure all shipments are accurate and leave the facility on schedule Assist in organizing daily shipping priorities with supervisors and production teams Support the shipping team to maintain efficiency and workflow Verify shipping documentation including bills of lading and carrier paperwork Communicate with production, customer service, and warehouse teams to coordinate shipments Ensure proper handling and packaging of finished goods Maintain a clean and organized shipping area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Previous experience in a shipping, warehouse, or logistics role in a manufacturing environment Prior experience leading or coordinating a small team is preferred Familiarity with shipping paperwork, carriers, and freight processes Forklift experience or certification preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Comfortable working on the floor and supporting the team when needed Must be able to work effectively in an office environment. Works well with others across a diverse workforce. Must be eligible to work in the USA without restriction. Strong teamwork, results orientation & service-oriented mindset.
