Job Description

Warehouse CoordinatorJob Overview MAC Kitchen & Bath is seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to support our remodeling operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials, tools, and supplies are received, organized, tracked, and ready for installation crews. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for maintaining an efficient warehouse, managing inventory, receiving deliveries, staging materials for upcoming projects, and supporting field crews with the resources they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and supporting a fast-paced team environment. ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy and condition. Organize and label inventory for efficient storage and retrieval. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory tracking. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials to management. Ensure warehouse safety standards are consistently followed. Inventory & Material Management Maintain stock levels of commonly used installation supplies and consumables. Stage materials for upcoming projects and installation crews. Verify that project materials have been received and are ready before scheduled installation dates. Track warehouse inventory and communicate low-stock items to management. Assist with material transfers between warehouse, job sites, and suppliers. Field & Production Support Prepare materials and supplies for daily crew assignments. Coordinate material pickups from local vendors when needed. Deliver materials, tools, or supplies to active job sites as required. Assist installation teams with locating and organizing project materials. Help minimize project delays by ensuring crews have the materials they need. Tools, Equipment & Fleet Support Track company-owned tools and equipment. Maintain organization and accountability of shared equipment. Monitor inventory of installation supplies and consumables. Assist with scheduling routine maintenance for company vehicles and equipment as directed. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records. Document incoming and outgoing materials. Assist with warehouse-related reporting and recordkeeping. Support management with warehouse process improvements and organization initiatives. Qualifications Required Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds. Basic computer skills and comfort using mobile apps and software. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, construction, remodeling, building materials, or related industries. Experience handling deliveries, inventory tracking, or material staging. Familiarity with residential construction or remodeling environments. Material shortages and delays are minimized. Tools and equipment are properly tracked and maintained. The warehouse operates as a dependable support system for the entire production team.
