This leadership role oversees crew leaders and drivers hauling heavy equipment and materials to active commercial sitework, public infrastructure, and asphalt job sites.

Key Responsibilities Supervise Crews:

Direct and organize daily dispatch for assigned CDL drivers.

Manage Logistics:

Ensure efficient, safe, and timely delivery of equipment and materials.

Enforce Compliance:

Maintain strict adherence to traffic laws, safety protocols, and weight limits.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum 3 year of specialized heavy civil transport (Dump Truck and/or Water Truck) and supervisory experience.

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of motor carrier regulations, required permits, and commercial vehicles.

Skills:

Proven track record driving Dump Trucks with diverse loads (rough haul/ABC/Asphalt/etc).

Licensing:

Must hold and maintain a valid North Carolina Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
