Full Job Description Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading staff, and ensuring productivity and efficiency standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate warehouse team members Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and on time Maintain a safe and organized work environment Train and support new and existing employees Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members Assist with inventory control and warehouse operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role
REQUIRED
Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual
Compensation & Growth:
Starting pay: $13/hour Increase to $14/hour after 30 days if performance expectations are met Additional pay increases possible after 90-day evaluation
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30
PM Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
