Our unique approach has HZO well-positioned for exponential global growth in the years ahead. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily warehouse operation activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, shipping, receiving and material handling. Your proactive approach will help optimize workflows, improve process efficiencies, and maintain seamless coordination between procurement, transportation, and warehouse activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and supply chain expertise will drive operational excellence. Responsibilities Coordinate the efficient flow of incoming and outgoing materials, including the loading and unloading of 53-foot trailers. Manage shipping, receiving, and carrier scheduling activities to support production operations and ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods. Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP/MRP systems and ensure inventory integrity. Support inventory management through regular cycle counts and reconciliation activities. Organize, optimize, and maintain warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency. Monitor and track shipments, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolution of issues. Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse, inventory, and logistics performance. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, with a solid understanding of distribution, inventory control, and material flow processes. Experience working with ERP/MRP systems for inventory management, transaction processing, and operational reporting. Ability to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks Knowledge of and experience with Federal DOT Hazardous Materials Shipping regulations, including CFR 49 Part 172, Subpart H (172.704) training requirements. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external carriers and vendors. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement. Must be eligible to access and work with export-controlled information and materials in accordance with the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
