Job Description

Opportunity Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor plans, organizes, and monitors the receiving, storage, and distribution of all products received either from suppliers or production shop to effectively and efficiently meet internal and external customer requirements. The shift for this role is Monday - Thursday from 4:00 pm til 2:15 am. How you will impact
Smurfit Westrock:
Research, recommend and implement appropriate equipment to ensure safe transport and storage of all products. Closely monitor the compliance with all safety policies and operation of equipment. Maintain quality process and measures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Oversee the completion of all required paperwork and data entry by warehouse team. Coordinate scheduling and routes with drivers. Fulfill customer orders as needed, including all material handling. Ensure materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures. Oversees the rotation of inventories within the warehouse. Monitor and measure warehouse performance and quality metrics. Provide reporting to management as required. Conduct routine maintenance on all material handling equipment. Keep warehouse accessible and safe for sales and administrative staff.
What you need to succeed:
High School Diploma or equivalent Coursework in Business Management, Industrial Management or related field preferred Two or more year(s) experience as warehouse team leader or supervisor required General fluency in English required, verbal and written Basic computer literacy required, prefer knowledge of MS Office and AS400 What we offer: Corporate culture based on integrity, respect, accountability and excellence.
