Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Online Liquidation Coordinator . In this role, you will oversee online liquidation platforms by coordinating inventory, managing product listings, and ensuring accurate fulfillment of customer orders. The Online Liquidation Coordinator collaborates closely with team leaders and operations staff to support organizational goals, maximize inventory opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Coordinate customer orders and ensure timely, accurate distribution of inventory. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular monitoring, tracking, and reconciliation. Identify inventory opportunities by sorting incoming merchandise and assigning tasks as needed. Manage and update inventory records using Excel-based tracking systems. Monitor and oversee inventory organization and coordination within the warehouse. Research, review, and upload new products to online liquidation platforms. Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining confidentiality of customer and vendor information. Assist with volunteer coordination and support special projects as assigned. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support operational objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with e-commerce, online marketplaces, inventory control, or warehouse operations is preferred.
§ Ability to use technology with proficiency in relevant software Microsoft Office 365. (preferred) Physical/Mental Requirements and Working Conditions § Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. § Ability to sit, stand, push, pull, bend, lift, climb, reach, and/or twist for extended periods of time § Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Pay:
$16.50 - $17.50 per hour
