Warehouse Supervisor New Hampshire Fisher Cats - 3.8 Manchester, NH Job Details 18 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Team leadership Leading team collaboration initiatives Managing teams as a warehouse supervisor Managing food service teams Full Job Description We are looking for an energetic Warehouse Supervisor (Food & Beverage) to lead our team and manage stadium inventory at the New Hampshire Fisher Cats. You will oversee our warehouse operations and delegate staff tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the timely distribution of food, beverages, and supplies to all stadium concession stands, luxury suites, and portable carts before and during events. Recruit, train, and supervise a seasonal crew of warehouse associates and runners, ensuring high energy and clear communication. Direct the receiving, counting, and rotation of perishable and non-perishable goods (FIFO) to minimize waste and ensure stock availability. Enforce strict safety protocols, heavy equipment handling guidelines (forklifts/pallet jacks), and food safety/local health department regulations. Lead clean-up, restock, and inventory counts immediately following the conclusion of stadium events.
Qualifications:
Previous food service, concessions, or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable, organized, and able to lead a team. Ability to stand for long periods and lift as needed.
