Warehouse Lead Shipping & Receiving

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Shipping Lead / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling. This is a hands-on role that requires forklift operation, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Load and unload trailers safely and accurately Organize, secure, and move products throughout the warehouse Prepare and ship finished goods according to customer orders Inspect and document incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and quality Perform inventory control, including cycle counts and stock labeling Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and shipping documentation Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean work environment Support workflow as a shipping lead within the department Experience with forklift, shipping/receiving, and inventory control Requirements 0-2 years of forklift or warehouse experience preferred Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a warehouse setting for extended periods Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to read, write, and understand English High School Diploma or equivalent required

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30

PM Overtime:

As needed | Occasional weekends required Pay Starting at $20.00/hour Pay may be higher based on experience
