In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure seamless logistics processes. Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential to facilitate effective communication across diverse teams and partners. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Lead and manage warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team. Oversee inventory control processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400, ensuring accuracy and accountability of stock levels. Coordinate logistics activities with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and internal departments to optimize distribution efficiency. Implement process improvements to enhance workflow, safety protocols (OSHA compliance), and overall warehouse productivity. Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely for heavy lifting and materials handling tasks. Maintain compliance with safety regulations, conduct safety audits, and enforce OSHA standards to create a secure working environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role with strong leadership skills. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English for effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders. Extensive knowledge of inventory management, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse distribution processes. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), especially AS400, for inventory tracking and process automation. Mechanical knowledge related to forklifts, heavy lifting equipment, and materials handling tools. Strong understanding of logistics operations within e-commerce or 3PL environments. Ability to manage team performance while fostering a positive work environment; excellent organizational skills are essential.
