Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Shipping and Receiving Coordinator Responsible for receiving and verifying incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing materials for production. Supports material flow, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization, while providing backup for shipping and material handling operations. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against purchase orders; report and resolve discrepancies or damage. Prepare, stage, and transfer materials to production and material handling. Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records in company systems. Support inventory control through organization, material movement, and cycle counts. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, delivery, and shipment issues. Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, invoices, export/compliance paperwork). Process and track shipping/receiving transactions using internal systems. Assist with shipping issues, special handling, and regulatory requirements (including hazardous materials if applicable). Monitor Kanban levels for clean room supplies. Physical & Work Requirements Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and material handling. Work in warehouse, shipping dock, and occasional clean room environments. Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training required). Qualifications Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics preferred.
