Warehouse Supervisor Cranbury, NJ Pay Rate:

$31.62 per hour

Shift:

Crew:

Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or food production preferred (but not required for entry-level roles) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and counting skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment Ability to stand for 8-12-hour shifts Lift to 25-50 lbs. regularly Perform repetitive motions (lifting, bending, reaching) Work in varying temperatures (cold storage, hot production areas, depending on department)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production line equipment in a safe and efficient manner Package, label, and palletize finished goods according to specifications Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and food safety standards Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work environment (think audit-ready at all times) Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting Monitor production flow and report any issues or downtime immediately Accurately complete production and quality documentation Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
