On-site, Lodi, NJ Hours:
Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm About the role: The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the shipping process within the warehouse. This role ensures that products are shipped accurately, timely, and cost-effectively while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Assist drivers (Pick Up, Carriers) at check in and assign designated door. Prints delivery receipts and packing lists for Hand Delivery and PU order. Helps maintain workflow for warehouse and planning wave for Pick Up (small orders), Hand Delivery and Parcel orders. Troubleshoots Pick Up and HD orders. Creates manual labels (Fedex or UPS) when needed. Assists Customer Service with all inquiries for PU and HD. Files all POD's (proof delivery), pick tickets and BOL'S documents. Verifies PU and HD orders are completed by the end of day.
Education, Skills and Experience:
2+ years of experience in logistics required High school diploma or equivalent Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) systems and concepts Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal skills Able to give and receive feedback Critical thinking and proactive approach to problem-solving Strong organization and follow-up skills High sense of urgency to resolve issues that arise
