Industrial Manager

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, and team leadership. This role is essential for ensuring efficient warehouse distribution, maintaining inventory control, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall productivity. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving operations. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory management practices are followed. Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and enhance operational efficiency. Oversee the use of warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage logistics effectively. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Train, mentor, and lead warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and safety standards are met. Handle materials handling tasks, including heavy lifting when necessary, to support warehouse operations. Collaborate with e-commerce teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers as needed. Skills Proven experience in warehouse management or as a Warehouse Supervisor with a solid understanding of warehouse distribution processes. Strong skills in inventory control and logistics management. Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations. Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
