Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure seamless logistics processes. Your leadership will drive process improvements, foster a safety-first environment, and coordinate effectively with teams to meet operational goals. Duties Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, materials handling, and order fulfillment Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve high performance levels through effective team management and training Oversee inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock levels and facilitate efficient warehouse distribution Coordinate logistics operations with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and internal teams to optimize supply chain flow Implement process improvements to enhance safety, productivity, and accuracy within warehouse workflows Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions Operate and oversee the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 for inventory control and order processing Manage shipping & receiving procedures, including heavy lifting protocols and materials handling techniques using forklifts and mechanical tools Maintain detailed records of all warehouse activities, including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory adjustments, and incident reports Qualifications Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role with strong leadership skills Extensive knowledge of inventory management, warehouse distribution, logistics, and materials handling processes Hands-on experience operating forklifts; certification preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), especially AS400 or equivalent platforms Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment and heavy lifting techniques Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and best practices for workplace safety Excellent organizational skills with the ability to implement process improvements effectively Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience working within e-commerce or 3PL environments is a plus Join us as we streamline operations, elevate safety standards, and foster a collaborative team environment.
