Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Oversee the loading/unloading of trucks and verify incoming/outgoing shipments Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and cycle counts Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to resolve issues Train, mentor, and support warehouse staff Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures Prepare shipping documents, labels, and freight paperwork Monitor workflow and recommend process improvements
Role Requirements:
Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse leadership Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics processes Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred) Solid computer skills (ERP/WMS experience a plus) Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities Ability to lift 75 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Physical Demands:
This role requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling materials throughout the shift Ability to lift and move items up to 75 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation Frequent use of hands and arms to operate warehouse tools and equipment Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
