Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on and organized Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Las Vegas warehouse and support field logistics for our wireless telecom construction teams. This role is critical to managing inventory, coordinating material movement, maintaining fleet and equipment, and ensuring safe and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform various housekeeping skills at locations, including but not limited to job sites, company vehicles, warehouse/office, etc. Maintain office housekeeping inside and outside, including but not limited to the warehouse, office space, bathrooms, dumpster/trash areas, work vehicles, parking lot/grounds, snow removal, etc. Stock shelves with new and returned materials Assist in maintaining the required level/quantity of stock/consumable materials Prepare customer-supplied assets for return if applicable Coordinate material returns with client logistics managers Delivery of materials/parts/tools to job sites Loading and unloading of materials to the ground and the rooftops Loading and unloading of trucks Accepting deliveries from vendors on-site or at the company's warehouse Maintains accurate records of equipment assignments Support crews by preparing job kits and delivering materials, tools, and equipment to job sites as needed. Coordinate returns of customer-supplied assets and maintain communication with client logistics managers. Assist with job site logistics, including rooftop material lifts and ground-level staging. Manage vehicle inspections, fleet maintenance, fuel logs, and service scheduling. Train and supervise warehouse staff and field technicians on proper material handling, inventory procedures, and tool maintenance. Maintain and submit weekly inventory reports in AT&T VAST, T-Mobile AIMS & Mobility+, and Verizon
FUZE/1ERP
systems. Collaborate with project managers and construction supervisors to align warehouse support with deployment schedules. Enforce safety protocols, inspect PPE, and maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and hazardous materials standards. Participate in bi-weekly safety meetings, contribute to safety improvement recommendations, and report incidents or unsafe conditions
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
1+ years of warehouse, logistics, or telecom field experience. Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to tow trailers and operate company vehicles up to 26' long and under 26,000 lbs. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks up to 8+ hours/day. Must be able to read RFDS, CDs, NTPs, and understand material requirements for telecom jobs.
Preferred:
Forklift/Gradall Certified OSHA 10 Certified First Aid/CPR Certified Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Excellent organization and communication skills
