Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Full-Time) Job Summary The Warehouse Team Leader supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating workflow, guiding team members, and ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety within the assigned area. This role acts as a key liaison between warehouse staff and leadership while driving performance and continuous improvement in outbound operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and distribute workload within the assigned area to meet daily production goals Set clear expectations and provide direction to team members Maintain housekeeping standards, organization, and bin location accuracy Identify and report damaged inventory and ensure proper documentation Act as a liaison between warehouse associates and supervisors to communicate needs and operational updates Support and help achieve daily productivity, quality, and service targets Drive continuous improvement efforts in workflow, efficiency, and material handling processes Train employees on job duties, safety procedures, and operational processes Encourage team participation in process improvement initiatives Promote and enforce a strong safety culture for employees and visitors Assist with implementing process changes, procedural updates, and operational improvements Perform additional duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities Support overall direction, coordination, and productivity within assigned area Assist with training, assigning work, and performance feedback Help address employee concerns and escalate issues when needed Partner with supervisors to resolve operational and personnel challenges Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Solid understanding of warehouse operations and processes Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work effectively in a team environment Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, standing, and movement throughout shift Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Ability to work at elevated heights when required Minimal travel may be required
