Company Description Good Collective is a design-forward branded merchandise and gifting company that helps organizations create thoughtful merchandise, gifting experiences, online stores, and fulfillment programs. We partner with brands to bring ideas to life while managing the details behind the scenes—from sourcing and production to packaging and shipping. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse operations and administrative tasks as we continue to grow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on work and organizational support, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and is excited to contribute to a growing business. Why This Role Is Unique Unlike larger organizations where responsibilities are highly specialized, this role offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a growing business operates. You'll gain experience across fulfillment, inventory management, operations, systems, and client support. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or early-career professional interested in entrepreneurship, operations, marketing, or small business management. As a member of a small team, you'll have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time and gain hands-on experience that goes far beyond a traditional part-time job. What You'll Do Warehouse & Fulfillment Pack and ship client gift sets and online store orders Organize and maintain inventory Receive and count incoming shipments Help manage warehouse organization and cleanliness Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock Assemble kits and prepare products for shipment Coordinate local pickups and occasional deliveries as needed Operations & Administrative Support Maintain inventory records and spreadsheets Order and restock warehouse and shipping supplies Support online storefront and order management Assist with data entry and operational tasks Help keep internal systems organized and up to date Support special projects and other business needs as they arise You Might Be a Great Fit If You...
