You are being redirected Once you are on the page, please click the refer button Job Overview Qualifications Benefits Job Overview The New York Parts Distribution Center Supervisor oversees second-shift warehouse operations, managing both hourly-represented and salaried personnel, parts inventory, and customer satisfaction for nearly 335 Jeep, Dodge, Ram, FIAT, and Stellantis US dealerships receiving daily deliveries. The second shift team includes 35 hourly-represented employees. This fast-paced role requires a strong leader who can foster team collaboration and drive achievement of PDC metrics using the Stellantis Parts Distribution System (SPDS) methodology. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of warehouse, logistics, and packaging operations, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with both internal and external customers. This individual will address customer needs and concerns according to company processes, interact daily with dealers and business centers, and adapt efficiently to unexpected events or changing requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Daily Operations:
Oversee the daily activities of the organization, ensuring that all departments work cohesively towards the company's objectives. Resource Management:
Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and budgets, to maximize productivity and profitability. Process Improvement:
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance systems, processes, and best practices. Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate employees to achieve individual and team goals, fostering a positive work environment. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, and manage risks associated with operations. Collaboration:
Work closely with various stakeholders, including department heads and external partners, to align operations with strategic goals. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and/or bachelor's degree Ability to work any shift and overtime as required Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite software programs Preferred Qualifications:
