Salary:

$66,300 - $70,000 per year Full-Time Are you an experienced warehouse leader with strong receiving, inventory, and team management skills? We are seeking a Cross-Dock Receiving Supervisor to oversee daily receiving operations, ensure accuracy, maintain compliance, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all inbound loads to ensure timely and accurate receiving. Coordinate dock appointments and assign loads to the appropriate receiving doors. Assign and oversee Forklift Operators for unloading and put-away activities. Review and verify receiving paperwork, Bills of Lading, labels, and related documentation. Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving counts, product descriptions, or receiving records. Monitor receiving confirmations and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and filed properly. Coordinate with operations, inventory, and warehouse teams to maintain efficient workflow. Track production metrics and productivity of Forklift Operators. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient receiving dock. Monitor attendance, scheduling, lunch breaks, and staffing coverage. Ensure receiving and put-away processes remain on schedule.

Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience in warehouse, distribution, receiving, logistics, or cross-dock operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Experience reviewing shipping and receiving documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and warehouse management systems (WMS). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Commitment to providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Work Environment:

Distribution center environment with varying temperatures. Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods and regularly walk the warehouse floor. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and climb stairs as needed.
