This role is responsible for managing staff, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining food safety standards, and coordinating the efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including shipping, receiving, and order picking teams Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as
HACCP , GMP
, and sanitation protocols Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and product rotation (FIFO/FEFO) Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet production and customer deadlines Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements Train, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain productivity and safety Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, inventory, and compliance records Ensure proper handling and storage of food products, including temperature-sensitive items Enforce workplace safety standards and conduct regular safety audits Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in food manufacturing 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, FDA standards) Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) Bilingual (English/Spanish or Mandarin) is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods Comfortable working in cold, refrigerated, or freezer environments Work Environment Fast-paced food production and warehouse setting Exposure to varying temperatures (ambient, refrigerated, freezer) Must follow strict sanitation and PPE requirements

$30.00 - $32.00 per hour
