Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, active, and detail-oriented Bilingual Warehouse Inventory & Loading Coordinator to join our event decor company. This is a hands-on warehouse position that includes both warehouse labor and basic administrative/inventory responsibilities . The right person must be comfortable working on the warehouse floor, helping with loading and unloading, checking inventory, and making sure event items are properly prepared before events and returned correctly afterward. Because many of our warehouse employees speak Spanish, this person must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish . Responsibilities Review event load lists and paperwork before each event. Pull, pack, load, and unload event inventory, decor items, boxes, furniture, and equipment. Make sure all items listed on the load sheet are properly loaded onto the truck. Physically assist the warehouse team with loading, unloading, organizing, and moving items. Check trucks before they leave to confirm required items are loaded. Assist with unloading when trucks return from events. Check returned items back into inventory. Track missing, damaged, misplaced, or incomplete items. Help keep warehouse inventory organized and easy to find. Communicate clearly with warehouse staff, operations team, and office staff. Give instructions and updates to Spanish-speaking team members when needed. Report damaged items, repair needs, missing items, or inventory issues. Help maintain accountability so event items are not forgotten, lost, or damaged. Requirements Must speak English and Spanish . Must be physically active and able to lift, carry, load, and unload items. Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Must be organized and detail-oriented. Must be able to read and follow load lists. Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual. Must be willing to work hands-on with the warehouse team. Basic paperwork or computer skills are a plus. Prior experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, moving, event production, or similar work is preferred. Physical Requirements This position requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, carrying, loading, unloading, and working in an active warehouse environment. This is not a desk-only position. The person hired must be able to physically help the team and work alongside them.
Pay Starting pay:
$21 per hour Opportunity for increase based on reliability, performance, experience, and ability to help improve warehouse organization and reduce loading/unloading mistakes. Job Summary We need someone who can be the connection between the paperwork and the warehouse floor. This person will help make sure everything listed for an event is pulled, loaded, returned, and tracked properly — while also actively helping the team with physical warehouse work. This is a great position for someone who is responsible, hands-on, bilingual, organized, and comfortable working in a busy event production warehouse.
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
