The Position:
Second Shift 12 PM Start As a Dock/Warehouse Supervisor, you will act as a working supervisor overseeing the management of the overall dock operations. Pay, benefits and more. What you'll do on a typical day: Coordinate with Operations to ensure that all freight is properly staged for scheduled outgoing shipments Assist with the Pella/Larson shipments according to proper procedures Provide ongoing training and oversight of the dock personnel Ensure the efficient and timely loading and unloading of freight Reporting any maintenance issues of vehicles to operations for quick resolution Maintain warehouse environment in a clean, safe, and organized manner Act as a champion of our company values, demonstrating them Other duties as assigned What you need to succeed at
Mobile Air Transport:
1 year of verifiable experience 1 year of supervisory experience High school diploma or GED Knowledge of DOT, FMCSR, TSA, OSHA and HAZMAT regulations This job requires the ability to: Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 75 lbs. frequently The ability to pull up to 2000 lbs. with a pallet jack Reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel Ability to read and interpret shipping labels.
