The Role We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our day-shift operations in Syracuse. You will be responsible for leading a team in a temperature-controlled facility, ensuring that inventory moves accurately and safely. This is a critical leadership role that uses state-of-the-art VIP software and handheld scanning technology to keep our operations running at peak performance.

What You'll Do Lead & Supervise:

Manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring the team stays on task and meets safety and productivity goals.

Inventory Control:

Utilize VIP software and handheld scanners to track inventory, manage receiving, and ensure order accuracy.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate and oversee the use of forklifts and electric pallet jacks.

Safety First:

Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.

Team Development:

Train new hires and coach current staff to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Schedule Primary:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Flexibility:

While hours are generally fixed, an occasional Saturday may be required based on business needs.

Requirements Experience:

Previous warehouse leadership experience is preferred (3-5 years for salary consideration). We are open to "Lead" level candidates looking to take the next step in their career.

Certifications:

Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack certification is required.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with VIP software is a major plus.

Physical Ability:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally maneuver half-barrel kegs (160 lbs).

Location:
