This is a highly visible, hands-on role focused on building out a next-generation analytics capability to support fundraising, investor insights, and commercial performance across asset classes. What you'll be doing: Partner directly with senior stakeholders across Distribution, Product, and Investment teams Build Python-based models, tools, and automation to drive decision-making Develop scenario analysis on fund performance, deal inclusion/exclusion, and portfolio construction Deliver deep LP/investor analytics (performance, exposure, relationship economics) Analyze client profitability and fundraising trends across the platform Help transition the function from manual reporting to scalable, data-driven insights What we're looking for: 10+ years in investment analytics, performance analytics, or similar within asset management / alternatives Strong understanding of private markets metrics (IRR, MOIC, TVPI, etc.) Hands-on coding experience in Python + SQL Experience building models, analytics tools, or scalable data solutions Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights for senior stakeholders This is an opportunity to own and build a high-impact analytics function within a top-tier investment platform.
