What You'll Do Warehouse & Inventory Management Oversee daily warehouse operations, including organization, inventory tracking, and material flow Build and maintain strong inventory systems so materials are always stocked, accurate, and easy to access Keep the workspace clean, safe, and highly functional Materials Production & Preparation Lead preparation of enrichment materials across arts, woodworking, and engineering programs Ensure a high bar for accuracy, efficiency, and quality Logistics & Supply Chain Own the full logistics cycle: ordering, preparation, packing, transportation, and campsite setup Coordinate deliveries and movement of materials across NYC locations Team Leadership & Management Manage and support the maker and warehouse team Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and follow-through Operations & Process Improvement Create and refine systems, workflows, and protocols Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements Cross-Functional Coordination Ensure materials and logistics are aligned with program goals and timelines Design practical, efficient warehouse organization that supports speed and scale Who You Are You may be a strong fit if you are: Highly organized and detail-oriented Naturally proactive and dependable Comfortable owning both strategy and execution A strong problem-solver who likes improving systems Clear and professional in how you communicate Comfortable leading people while also staying close to the work Motivated by impact, responsibility, and growth Requirements Ability to lift 20+ lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Comfort navigating NYC for deliveries and logistics coordination What Success Looks Like In this role, success means: Materials are prepared accurately and on time The warehouse runs smoothly and stays organized Logistics are proactive rather than reactive The maker team is supported and productive Systems improve over time instead of becoming more complicated Camp sites and programs consistently have what they need to succeedJoin Our Vision:
