Non-Exempt Description :
The position of Hub Coordinator requires a detail oriented individual who is comfortable working in a hands-on environment, including loading and unloading transfer trucks. This role requires the ability to solve complex issues related to stocking, organization, and space management while ensuring efficient daily hub operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, demonstrates strong communication skills, and can take initiative to keep workflow running smoothly.

24 Brown Road, Albany, NY, 12205 Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Acts as the hub based point of contact for Wilbert's leadership team, serving as the primary liaison for daily operational updates, issue resolution, and communication between the hub and company leadership Promotes clear communication between transfer drivers and provides guidance and direction as needed Verifies that all parts are accurately accounted for and assists with efficiently loading and unloading transfer trucks Communicates with Wilbert's leadership regarding any parts left behind and responds to emails related to PRP part issues and requests in a timely manner Safely and efficiently operates material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jacks, etc.) in accordance with company safety standards to transport, stage, and organize parts within the distribution hub Manages inventory efficiently and effectively placing items in an organized manner Has basic knowledge of the Automotive Recycling Association's (ARA) part system Maintains a clean and safe working environment and ensures optimized space utilization Completes tasks assigned by the General Manager and Distribution Manager quickly and efficiently Other duties as assigned.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. For heavier merchandise lifting devices and/or assistance is required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and outdoor weather conditions.
