Shipping & Receiving Coordinator We're a locally owned building materials company in the heart of the Adirondacks. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Shipping & Receiving When vendor deliveries come in, you're the one checking them in. Match the paperwork to the PO before anything gets unloaded. Stock items get put away the same day they arrive, in their designated spot and clearly labeled so the next person can find them without any guesswork. Special orders have a specific spot they go in every time, and consistency is key. Returns stay neat and labeled so they're easy to find and ready to go back on the vendor truck. Keeping the yard organized is a big part of this role. We take pride in keeping the yard and all the buildings organized to provide the best customer experience we can. The expectation is to have looking better than when you found it. When materials are in their place and clearly labeled, the team can find what they need fast, and customers get their orders right the first time. Delivery Staging & Loading You'll load trucks for second runs and next-day deliveries. Every load goes through our triple-check system before it leaves the yard so we get it right every time. Help build and stage customer orders so they're pulled and ready before the driver needs them. Work together with the delivery drivers to make sure nothing goes out wrong or short. Non-CDL Driver / Backup Driver This position includes non-CDL driving on an as-needed basis to support local deliveries when the schedule calls for it. You'll also be a backup driver for the fleet, so when we need coverage, you're the person we call.
