Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities As a Warehouse Lead, you'll oversee warehouse staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure that all materials and products are handled, stored, and shipped according to company standards. You'll be the go-to person for problem-solving and process improvements on the warehouse floor.

Qualifications

Leadership Experience:

2+ years in a warehouse supervisory or lead role

Warehouse Expertise:

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping processes

Safety Focus:

Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Communication Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments

Problem-Solving:

Quick thinking and practical solutions to operational challenges

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with warehouse management systems and

Microsoft Office Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
• SAP or warehouse management system experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Physical Demands:

This position requires frequent walking, standing, lifting, and operation of warehouse equipment. Must be able to work in a manufacturing warehouse environment, sometimes in inclement weather, and consistently wear required PPE.
