Responsibilities:

As the Warehouse Lead, you will work directly alongside our leadership team to maintain a safe, efficient, and organized hub for our field operations.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Fleet & Logistics Support:

Safely loading/unloading trucks and staging equipment and materials for route managers to ensure smooth daily deployments.

Equipment & Facility Maintenance:

Performing routine troubleshooting, light repairs, and preventative maintenance on company equipment, tools, and the physical facility.

Inventory & Pesticide Compliance:

Properly receiving, organizing, and tracking inventory. Safely handling, mixing, and storing pesticides in strict accordance with state and federal regulations.

Team Leadership:

Assisting the Operations Manager in training new and existing employees on proper warehouse safety, chemical handling, and equipment protocols.

Digital Tracking:

Utilizing the company database and live tablet applications to log inventory, track maintenance schedules, and report facility needs.

Safety & Cleanliness:

Maintaining a spotless, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.

Collaborative Support:

Performing all other duties assigned to support route managers and the broader operations team.

Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Licensing:

Must possess a valid Drivers License with a clean driving record.

Equipment:

Basic ability with Forklift, Skid Steer, and other machinery will be necessary

Technical Skills:

Basic mechanical aptitude for fixing small equipment and performing light building maintenance. General proficiency in computer skills (email, record keeping, and routine database/tablet activity).

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations (e.g., precise chemical mixing).

Communication:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company safety documents. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with staff, supervisors, and vendors.

Physical & Driving Demands:

Must hold a valid driver's license. Must be comfortable with the physical demands of a warehouse (lifting, loading)

Pre-employment:

Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Full-time Pay:

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
