This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse personnel, coordinating order fulfillment, ensuring accurate and timely shipment of tires to retail locations and commercial customers, and assisting with route planning and dispatch operations for company drivers. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with warehouse experience, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead third-shift warehouse associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety. Oversee the receiving, storage, picking, loading, and shipping of tire inventory. Verify all customer orders are accurately staged, loaded, and prepared for next-day delivery. Coordinate and assist with route planning to maximize delivery efficiency and meet customer expectations. Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delivery schedules, and special customer requirements. Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages. Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse procedures. Conduct shift meetings and provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to warehouse staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Assist management with staffing and scheduling Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to maintain workflow efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse supervisory experience. Distribution, logistics, or tire industry experience preferred. Experience with route planning, dispatching, or transportation coordination is a plus. Forklift certification required Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a warehouse environment. Schedule Full-Time Third Shift / Overnight What Success Looks Like Orders are picked, loaded, and shipped accurately and on time. Delivery routes are optimized and dispatched efficiently. Inventory accuracy is maintained. Safety standards are consistently upheld. Warehouse team members are productive, engaged, and accountable.
