6am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Salary:

$72,000-$82,000K + Bonus Opportunity What's a typical day as a Distribution Center Supervisor? You'll be: Leading and supervising warehouse associates in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution center Driving productivity, quality, safety, and operational performance metrics Coaching, developing, and holding team members accountable to expectations and standards Monitoring daily workflow and adjusting staffing to meet business demands Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions Partnering with leadership to achieve operational goals and meet customer requirements Conducting employee training, performance discussions, and corrective actions as needed Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have previous supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment (required) Can demonstrate a proven track record of driving results and leading high-performing teams Possess strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Have experience managing productivity, attendance, quality, and performance expectations Are comfortable using warehouse management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities Have a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
