Full Job Description Description:
This position is part-time, averaging 25-30 hours per week, with the potential for full-time in the future.
General Responsibility:
The Shipping & Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for preparing and shipping Surgere RFID tags and hardware according to purchase order specifications.
Shipping & QC Coordinator Job Duties:
Prepare and ship tags, hardware and other items per client purchase orders Ensure quality and accuracy of printed tags meets or exceed customer or Surgere specifications through visual and system verification. Count & Re-Roll tags Complete customs documentation for international shipping Deliver tag orders to FedEx or UPS drop-off location when needed Generate client communication as needed for shipment tracking or customs Keep work area and print room clean and organized Assist Operations team with other projects as needed Make 100% of Surgere customers "Raving Fans"
