Job Description

Job Overview The Customer Relations & Distribution Lead plays a vital role in supporting daily operations for Sidwell Distribution. This position is responsible for customer service, inventory coordination, storage account management, wholesale product support, and distribution coordination while also assisting the manager with marketing and promotional events. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, dependable, and eager to learn about flour milling operations, agricultural products, and warehouse distribution processes. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist storage customers by establishing new accounts, organizing inbound loads, and coordinating customer pickups. Manage wholesale product sales and inventory, including ordering products for the distribution center, customers, and affiliated Sidwell entities. Serve as the primary point of contact for distribution-related communication, including storage customers, statewide hauling coordination, and local customer support. Conduct outreach to develop new distribution and business opportunities. Help grow company presence through social media management and content creation. Manage inbound calls, customer inquiries, and day-to-day office responsibilities using Microsoft Office and other administrative tools. Maintain organization, security, and adherence to company policies to ensure customer goods are safely stored and effectively managed. Ensure storage access procedures are followed so customers' goods remain secure and inaccessible to unauthorized individuals. Learn and maintain knowledge of flour products manufactured and sold by Chisholm Trail Milling, including different flour types, packaging options, and product applications. Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout office, warehouse, and customer-facing areas. Follow all company procedures, operational standards, and safety policies. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements Strong communication skills and customer service skills are required. Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments. Full-time, in-person position Monday through Friday. Organized, dependable, and capable of following company procedures and safety policies. Proficient with Microsoft Office and general administrative technology. Ability to regularly lift and move up to forty pounds. Experience operating a dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift is valuable but not required.
Pay:
$16.83 - $21.63 per hour
