Job Description

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor opening! This career opportunity offers full time 2nd shift hours - 330p-midnight, Mon-Fri. The ability to cover some additional overtime hours including on a rotating weekend basis is needed. This position offers an excellent benefits package and a competitive salary ($80,000/annually).
In this role you will:
lead and coordinate picking, packing, staging, receiving, put-away, replenishment, and inventory control activities monitor digital systems and physical workflows to resolve issues that could affect fill rate or delay outbound shipments train new staff implement process improvements Successful candidates will be proven hands-on leaders who can drive performance against KPIs, foster accountability within the team, and work w/ other departments to ensure alignment on goals. Experience working in an MRP is a must (SAP preferred). MS Office skills are needed. Candidates must also have 5-10 years of supervisory experience in a shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse environment. An Associates/Bachelors degree is preferred.
