What You'll Do As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our warehouse operations.
You'll:
Plan and direct daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, shipping, and handling returns. Schedule and coordinate labor effectively to meet business goals. Ensure SOPs and customer instructions are followed to the letter. Lead, motivate, and support your team, fostering a productive and positive work environment. Maintain accurate inventory and oversee the use of equipment and space. Interface with customers to ensure requests are handled quickly and professionally. Safety First:
Follow all rules, report hazards, and keep everyone safe. Skills & Requirements Experience coordinating teams and communicating effectively. Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Outlook. Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, sit, walk, twist, squat, and reach above shoulder level. Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment.
