This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations while working alongside employees to support safety, productivity, quality, communication, and inventory accuracy throughout the facility. The successful candidate will help lead operations in inbound, outbound, and inventory control.

Monday -

Friday:

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (overtime may be required)

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support daily warehouse operations on First Shift Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking employees Help maintain a safe, productive, and organized work environment Support shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory activities Coordinate workflow and assist with operational priorities throughout the shift Operate forklifts and assist with warehouse material movement as needed Train, coach, and support employees on procedures, safety, and quality expectations Lead by example through active participation on the warehouse floor

Qualifications:

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required (verbal & written) Previous warehouse or distribution center experience required Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Forklift experience required Inventory control and bulk warehouse picking experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, computer, and math skills Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity Excellent attendance and reliability required Ability to work overtime as needed Must be at least the age of 18
