Receiving Warehouse Lead - Weekend Day Hanover, PA 2 DAYS AGO 22457515 Summary Hanover, PA Competitive Salary 0 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day, Weekend Shift /Full-Time Description Reference #: 5001176036300 Utz Quality Foods is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Warehouse Receiving Lead to join our team of manufacturing professionals at our Broadway facility in Hanover, PA, on the Weekend Day Shift (Friday- Sunday, 5:30AM - 5:30PM). In this key role, you will support the smooth flow of warehouse operations by leading efforts to receive, unload, and stage raw materials for production. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of warehouse supply locations, demonstrate safe forklift driving practices, and either possess or be able to obtain a forklift operator's license. Intermediate math and reading skills are required to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks. Responsibilities Lead the Weekend Night shift in receiving, unloading, and staging raw materials for production. Organize and move product between warehouse locations using scanners and D365. Unload returns from WDC drivers and outside carriers. Sort and move skids (plastic, used wood, CHEP, broken) and assist with handling sorted cartons and bales. Load outbound trailers for other warehouse locations and complete required documentation. Coordinate trailer movements with other facilities through personal communication and email. Input raw material details into license plates and D365 inventory. Receive and distribute deliveries, including UPS/FedEx. Maintain product row integrity by following proper code rotation and performing product rotation as needed. Ensure quality and food safety standards are met in assigned areas, reporting any concerns promptly. Maintain a safe, clean dock and comply with all SQF food safety requirements. Requirements Intermediate math and reading skills. Ability to read and communicate English. Experience leading a small group of employees under minimal supervision. Requires knowledge of location of supplies and safe forklift driving skills acquired through six months on the job. Requires the ability to obtain and maintain a forklift operator's license.
