Warehouse Lead

Warehouse Lead Job Summary Unicorn Tire Corp. is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations at our Kutztown, Pennsylvania location. This role is responsible for helping oversee warehouse workflow, maintain inventory accuracy, supporting team productivity, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced distribution setting. Key Responsibilities Assist with overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, loading, and shipping Lead and support warehouse associates to ensure productivity and accuracy goals are met Maintain organized inventory and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently Promote and enforce company safety procedures and warehouse standards Train and mentor warehouse employees on procedures, equipment, and best practices Coordinate with operations, customer service, and management teams to maintain workflow efficiency Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and responsibly Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and overall operational performance Assist with problem-solving and operational improvements as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse or distribution experience required Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Basic computer skills and inventory system experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Occasional overtime as needed Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Unicorn Tire Corp. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
