Are you a high-energy leader ready to take command of an overnight operation? We are seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift team (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) at a major distribution center in Mechanicsburg. The 3rd
Shift Mission Direct Overnight Flow:
Manage the critical "bridge" hours of the facility. You will oversee receiving, inventory staging, and outbound preparation to ensure a flawless start for the morning crew. Lead with
Energy:
Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of associates and leads. You are responsible for maintaining high morale and driving productivity while meeting strict nightly quotas.
Operational Ownership:
Monitor real-time performance metrics and adjust labor resources to eliminate bottlenecks. You will ensure every pallet is moved safely and accurately.
Seamless Communication:
Provide detailed shift-end reports and coordinate with 1st shift leadership to ensure total operational continuity.
Safety & Quality Standards Safety First:
Enforce all OSHA standards and facility-specific safety rules. You are the "eyes and ears" of the floor, ensuring a zero-incident culture during the overnight hours.
Inventory Control:
Support inventory accuracy through diligent cycle counting oversight and WMS documentation.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify simple ways to work smarter, not harder. We value supervisors who bring fresh ideas to optimize our workflows.
Qualifications Experience:
3-5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting.
Schedule:
Ability to work a permanent 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM).
Leadership Style:
Hands-on and visible. You prefer being on the floor with your team rather than behind a desk.
Tech Skills:
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic MS Office.

Guard facility accuracy. Oversee rigorous cycle counting and WMS documentation to ensure 99%+ precision.
