This role acts as direct leadership for Turner Industries' warehouse locations and personnel. Warehouse Supervisors monitor all aspects of the warehouse's functions, including order of inventory, mechanical repair, and intra-company requisitions, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and service.

Essential Qualifications:

High school or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in the logistics or warehouse industry preferred Operations experience in a fast‐paced or dynamic work environment required 5-7 years of experience in a supervisory or management role required Computer skills; leadership experience; time management Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy Comply with company and client job site safety requirements Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace

Functional Requirements:

Coordinate weekly safety meetings and JSA forms; monitor daily work activity; assist in daily work routine; approve hourly timesheets; initiate action sheets for hourly increases; manage the requisition and return of inventory from job sites; organize employee orientation and training; provide leadership, training, and mentorship; ensure company policies are communicated, understood, and administered; organize and prioritize daily work for day-to-day execution; track daily attendance of team members and approve hourly timesheets; perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction Compensation Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Physical Involvement:
