Allentown, PA Warehouse Lead Responsibilities:

Oversee all outbound activities including pick and pack orders, special projects, and freight shipments. Train fulfillment team members on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Assign daily workloads, distribute picking tags, and track progress to meet deadlines. Monitor warehouse supply levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure all bins and workstations remain fully stocked.

Warehouse Lead Requirements:

Must be bilingual (English + Spanish) Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience At least 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience Experience using Warehouse Management Information Systems (WMS) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
