This role ensures orders are prioritized appropriately, inventory is available, and workflows is balanced to maintain productivity and meet delivery commitments.Position Details:

$20.50/hourSchedule:
Sunday - Thursday, starting at 11:00am Key Responsibilities Review, prioritize, and release customer orders to the warehouse management system (WMS) throughout the shift. Ensure orders are released in alignment with shipping schedules, route planning, and delivery deadlines. Monitor inventory availability and address shortages before releasing orders. Coordinate with managers and supervisors, to ensure smooth workflow avoids stalls. Manage wave planning and reroutes. Identify and resolve order issues such as allocation errors, inventory discrepancies, or system holds. Communicate with management regarding delays, inventory concerns, or operational constraints. Track order completion and adjust releases based on real-time warehouse productivity. Maintain accuracy and documentation related to order releases. Signing warehouse devices in and out. Releasing first set of bills related to order picking. Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or similar systems. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a warehouse environment. May require standing, walking, or moving throughout the shift. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs if needed. Performance Expectations Maintain accurate and timely releases of orders to support daily shipping targets. Minimize order delays due to inventory or system issues. Ensure consistent communication with warehouse leadership to maintain operational flow. Releasing the first set of billingQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 1 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or order management preferred. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) strongly preferred.
